Website and estimate terms
This website helps you choose a kitchen, explore a design and send a request to Perfect Pine Mud Kitchen Co.
Ryan confirms your order
This estimate is not final. Ryan will review your request and confirm the final price, design, timing and fulfillment before approving your order. He will contact you if any details need clarification. After submitting, save your private progress link to check approval and build updates. Calculating an estimate, saving a design or adding to the cart does not submit an order, reserve a build slot or collect payment.
After Ryan approves your request, a 10% deposit on the approved kitchen price (excluding tax and delivery) is due through business Venmo @Ryan_Builds. Ryan verifies the deposit before adding your order to the Build List. The deposit is credited toward your final balance and is refundable before building begins; discuss later cancellations directly with Ryan.
Estimates and drawings
Builder drawings are design previews, not fabrication plans. Catalog photos identify real kitchens; custom drawings show your requested configuration. Ryan confirms construction details and availability. Tax and delivery amounts may remain pending, and any tax on a delivery charge requires separate review. Cash-discount eligibility is confirmed by Ryan.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup is arranged in Quincy, Massachusetts, or Newington, Connecticut. Delivery requires Ryan’s confirmation. Driving-distance calculations support an estimate and do not promise a delivery date, route or final charge.
Google Maps services
Where Google Maps services are used for delivery calculations, the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service apply. See our Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy for information about delivery address use.
